Refunds & Cancellations

If you withdraw before the first session of the season, you receive a full refund, less a $25 processing fee. Once uniforms have been ordered for the player, the cost of the uniform is not refundable, and the uniform is the player's to keep.

Once the first session has taken place, fees are not refundable. The only exception is a season-ending injury or illness, with a note from a licensed health care provider: in that case NextGen gives a credit for the unused part of the season, to use on a future NextGen program.

Sessions canceled for weather, field closures or safety reasons are made up when fields and schedules allow. Canceled sessions that cannot be made up are not refunded.

If NextGen cancels an entire program or season, families receive a refund for the part of the program that did not take place.

Email info@nextgensportsclub.org with the player's name, the program and the reason. NextGen replies within 10 business days, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
