Terms & Conditions

When you register a player, you confirm that you are the player's parent or legal guardian and that the details you give are correct. Program fees, payment plans and due dates are shown before you pay and in your confirmation email. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; EKS never sees or stores full card or bank account numbers.

Refunds follow our Refunds & Cancellations policy. Participation is also covered by the Waiver & Release and the Code of Conduct, which you sign at registration.

Program: Elite Kickers Soccer Club team texts. Texts from EKS coaches, team managers and club staff to parents and guardians about their player's team: practice and game schedule changes, weather cancellations, game-day details, event reminders, and replies to messages you send us.

How you join: on our Team Texts page, by ticking the optional “Text me team updates” box when you register, or by texting JOIN to the club number. We text once to confirm, and nothing else is sent until you reply YES. Signing up is never required to register for a program.

Message frequency varies, usually a few messages a week during the season.

Message and data rates may apply. EKS does not charge for texts; your mobile carrier's rates apply.

Opt out: reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages. You'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed. Reply START to join again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: we do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Parent Portal and Staff Portal accounts are personal. Keep your sign-in private and tell us if you think someone else has used it. Club materials in the portals (coaching content, schedules, rosters and policies) are for EKS families and staff only and may not be copied or shared outside the club.

The content of elitekickers.com, including text, logos, photos and video, belongs to The Abbouds LLC or is used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but please don't copy or reuse our content without asking. We work to keep information such as schedules and fees accurate, but it can change; the details in your registration and from your coach take priority.
