Internship · Part-time, flexible hours

Social Media Intern

Northern Virginia · games and training in Ashburn and nearby

Help tell the EKS story. You will capture training and games, edit short videos and graphics, and keep our Instagram, Facebook and YouTube active and on-brand.

What you'll do

  • • Film and photograph training sessions, games and club events
  • • Edit Reels, highlights and Goal of the Week clips
  • • Create matchday, results and announcement graphics in the EKS style
  • • Plan and post a weekly content calendar with the club
  • • Follow our player privacy rules: no full player names, and respect families who opt out of photos

What we're looking for

  • • Experience making content for Instagram or TikTok (a portfolio or your own account is great)
  • • Comfortable with CapCut, Canva or similar tools
  • • Available for some weekend games
  • • Love of soccer is a plus

Part-time, flexible hours

Part-Time Club Administrator

Remote · Northern Virginia club

Keep the club running smoothly behind the scenes: registrations, rosters, schedules and communication with families and leagues.

What you'll do

  • • Manage player registrations, rosters and payments in PlayMetrics
  • • Handle player and staff registrations and cards in GotSport
  • • Register teams for leagues and tournaments and track deadlines
  • • Answer family emails and send club updates
  • • Keep coach compliance records current (SafeSport, background checks)
  • • Help organize field schedules and club events

What we're looking for

  • • Organized, reliable and good with details and deadlines
  • • Clear, friendly written communication
  • • Comfortable with Google Workspace; PlayMetrics or GotSport experience is a plus
  • • Youth sports or club experience is a plus
